Rounding out the month of the Asian New Year, we are heading to Thailand. Clean, bright, unexpected flavors and local ingredients make Thai cuisine an international favorite. Join Chef Thi in this hands-on cooking class where you’ll expand your knowledge of Asian spices to make chicken panang curry, crispy lumpia rolls and vegetable Tum Yum soup. Once you make these dishes, you’ll surely want to recreate them for friends and family in your home kitchen.

Class is limited to 8 participants to follow Covid-19 safety guidelines. Pre-registration is required 2 days prior to a class or event. If it is within 2 days and you wish to register, please email [email protected] or call 508.785.0339 to find out if there is space remaining.
COVID-19 Guidelines: Due to the state-mandated Covid-19 guidelines, participants will be set up at stations 6 feet apart and required to wear masks during portions of the class when the six-foot guideline cannot apply (i.e. gathering around the cooking area to watch the instructor).

Cancellation Policy: In the event that a program is canceled due to severe weather, low enrollment, or other circumstances, we will notify you as soon as possible by email and issue you a full refund or transfer into another class within 14 days of the cancellation. If you cannot attend a program as planned, contact Powisset Farm 7 days prior to the start of the program to receive a full refund. Refunds will not be granted for registration cancellations placed fewer than 7 days before the start of the program. We offer transfers to other classes or events with 48 hours of the class. There are no refunds for missed classes. The Trustees reserves the right to change program locations, schedules, or instructors when necessary. Note: Summer Camps and our inns and campgrounds each have separate cancellation policies.
